Beecroft Home Extension

Modern, contemporary living – this is exactly what the homeowners wanted from their renovated property. With this in mind, we set off to accomplish this goal through a large renovation and extension to deliver the clients a home they would thrive in.

Taking advantage of the existing floor plan, we crafted a unique layout that boasted open-plan living. The orientation of the home provided a great source of natural light, so to enhance this, we monopolized it by introducing features such as skylights and glass sliding doors. Adding in additional luxury elements such as a fireplace, balcony entertaining area and ColorBond roof, we transformed the home entirely to create a modern and light aesthetic.
